China Railway Tielong Container Logistics Co., Ltd. was established in February 1993 and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in May, becoming the first A-share listed company of China Railway. The main shareholder of the company was changed to China Railway Container Transportation Co., Ltd.
China Railway Engineering Group Co., Ltd., referred to as "China Railway" for short, was established in March 1950 and its headquarters is in Beijing. It is a central enterprise managed by the State Council State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.
