Yantai wanhua Polyurethane Co., Ltd. is a listed company established on February 20th, 1998. It is the third enterprise in the world and the only one in China that produces MDI. MDI is an important raw material of polyurethane and has a good development prospect. MDI is listed in the catalogue of products, industries and technologies encouraged by the State Council, and the company is listed as a key high-tech enterprise in the national torch plan.
Wanhua obtained MDI manufacturing technology with independent intellectual property rights, which broke the monopoly of international giants in this industry and made China the fourth country in the world with independent MDI manufacturing technology. Many scientific research achievements of the company won the national and provincial scientific and technological progress awards, and MDI manufacturing technology development won the first prize of Shandong Province, the second prize of national scientific and technological progress and the first prize of national scientific and technological progress.
The project of Ningbo Wanhua Polyurethane Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 200,000 tons of MDI was initiated by yantai wanhua Polyurethane Co., Ltd. in August 2003 in order to further establish the company's position in the MDI industry in the world and enhance its own strength. The project has built a 75,000-kilowatt power plant, a 6,543.8+10,000-ton coal salt wharf and a 50,000-ton liquid chemical wharf, with a total investment of 5 billion yuan. At present, all projects have been successfully completed and put into production.
At the end of 2007, our company won the honorary title of Best Employer in China among more than 65,438+000 participating enterprises in the 2007 Best Employer Selection Campaign sponsored by CCTV. Academician Min Enze, winner of the highest national science and technology award, presented yantai wanhua with the trophy of "Best Employer for CCTV China in 2007" and spoke highly of yantai wanhua.
Brilliant yesterday has become the past, and a brand-new page has been turned over. 300,000 tons/year MDI plant, 400,000 tons/year VCM plant, 55KNm3/H air separation plant, 100 kn m3/H coal gasification plant,100,000 tons/year ammonia synthesis plant,170,000 tons/year nitric acid plant, 240,000 tons/year nitrobenzene plant and 250,000 tons/year. Two sets of 65438+100000 tons HCL oxidation devices and modern chemical plants have stood in the development plan of Ningbo Wanhua, and Ningbo Wanhua has ushered in another venture-Ningbo Wanhua Phase II project.
In addition, yantai wanhua has a "Wanhua Beijing Research Institute" in Beijing, a "sales company" in Shanghai and offices in the Middle East, Japan, Russia, the United States, Europe and Hong Kong.
