Thirtieth receipt processing refers to the process of processing received official documents, including receipt, registration, review, planning, undertaking, reminders and other procedures.
Article 31 The secretarial department shall examine and verify the official documents that need to be processed and reported by the lower authorities. The focus of the audit is: whether it should be handled by this organ; Whether it conforms to the writing rules; Whether the content complies with national laws, regulations and other relevant provisions; Whether matters related to the functions and powers of other departments or regions have been countersigned through consultation; Whether the language and format of official documents are standardized. Thirty-fourth received the documents issued or assigned by the higher authorities, the secretarial department put forward the proposed opinions and sent them to the person in charge for instructions.
Thirty-fifth in case of official document processing matters involving the functions and powers of other departments, the host department should take the initiative to negotiate with relevant departments; If there are differences, the main person in charge of the sponsoring department should come forward to coordinate. If no agreement can be reached, it can be reported to the higher authorities for coordination or adjudication.
