China Baowu Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. was formed by the joint reorganization of former Baosteel Group Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Iron and Steel Company, and was unveiled on 20 16 12 1. China Baowu, with a registered capital of 52.79 billion yuan, is a pilot enterprise of state-owned capital investment company.
2. Taigang
Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. is a super-large steel joint venture integrating mining, steel production, processing, distribution and trade, and also a leading enterprise in the global stainless steel industry. Founded in 1934, it has long adhered to the development direction of special steel, and once produced the first heat of stainless steel, the first hot-rolled silicon steel sheet and the first electromagnetic pure iron in China.
3. Jiugang
Jiuquan iron and steel Co., Ltd. is located in Jiayuguan City, Gansu Province, at the western end of the Ming Great Wall, with Qilian in the south and desert in the north. Located in the "throat zone" of Hexi Corridor, it is known as the "Pearl of the Silk Road" and "Gobi Steel City". Founded in 1958, it is the fourth steel industrial base planned and constructed in New China after Angang, WISCO and Baotou Steel.

It borders Shanghai in the east, Nanjing in the west, the Yangtze River in the north and Suzhou and Wuxi in the south. The traffic is very convenient. ZPSS was established on1Feb. 99715th. South Korea's POSCO and Jiangsu Shagang Group jointly invested in the construction. This is a Sino-foreign joint venture specializing in the production of stainless steel.
6. Hegang
Hegang Co., Ltd. is a super-large iron and steel enterprise formed by Tangshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., Handan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. and Chengde Vanadium and Titanium Co., Ltd. through the absorption and merger of the securities market. The registered address is Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, with Tangshan Branch, Handan Branch and Chengde Branch.
