Over the years, the company has established a complete team of quality system internal auditors through various levels of training. The company's quality manual, program documents, system level 3 documents and various quality records cover the whole process of product realization. Through customer satisfaction survey, internal quality system audit and management review, the quality management system is continuously improved to ensure the suitability, sufficiency and effectiveness of the whole system.
Since 1960s, the company has carried out the confirmation and management of testing and measuring equipment and tools, and made continuous progress in the management of measuring system for many years. 1986 obtained the second-class measurement certificate issued by Hebei Technical Supervision Bureau, 1996 obtained the second-class measurement evaluation certificate of Hebei Province and the qualified measurement unit of Hebei Province, and obtained the advanced measurement unit of mechanical and electronic industry. 1997 was awarded the "Certificate of Perfecting Measurement and Testing System" by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, and 1999 was awarded the winner of "Top 100 Hundreds of Teams" by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision, and was a trusted measurement unit in Hebei Province.
In 2004, we studied and implemented ISO 100 12:2003 "Requirements for Measuring Process and Measuring Equipment of Measuring Management System", compiled and implemented the company's management manual and program documents of measuring management system, and passed the certification of our company's measuring management system by Hebei Branch of China Metrology Certification Center in 2008.
