Present situation and prospect of photovoltaic power generation

Solar power generation is a new renewable energy technology, and its main industrial applications are solar photovoltaic power generation and solar photothermal power generation. Solar photovoltaic power generation is the most widely used solar power generation technology with the characteristics of modular battery components, convenient installation and maintenance, and flexible use. In recent years, solar photothermal power generation has begun to increase in industrial demonstration projects by heating the medium through a centralized heat collection system and then using traditional steam power generation equipment to generate electricity.

The government of China has continuously issued policies to support the development of photovoltaic industry, especially in the case of being squeezed by the United States and the European Union, which has correspondingly expanded the domestic installed market and protected the sustainable development of domestic industries.

Aiming at the benchmark feed-in tariff of large-scale photovoltaic power generation, the opinion draft gives four different feed-in tariffs in four regions, which are 0.75, 0.85, 0.95 and 1 yuan/kwh respectively.

In 20 12, China added 5.04GW of photovoltaic installed capacity, with a cumulative construction capacity of 7.97GW, including 4. 19GW of large-scale photovoltaic power plants and 3.78GW of distributed photovoltaic systems. At present, we judge that the new installed capacity in 20 13 years may be around 8.5GW.

With the arrival of the end of the year, the number of solar photovoltaic cases filed in China has surged. In 2005, during the two months of 20 1 1 and 12, the number of newly added photovoltaic records in China, Hebei, Shanxi and Shandong provinces in North China reached 2GW, and the application for * * * projects was about 120, most of which were distributed or agricultural photovoltaic projects, and some of them were combined with poverty alleviation policies.

Photovoltaic power generation

In recent years 10, the annual output of photovoltaic cells in global solar has increased by about 6 times, with an average annual increase of more than 50%. In 20 10, the annual output of photovoltaic cells in global solar is160,000 kilowatts, of which the annual output in China is 10,000 kilowatts. Grid-connected photovoltaic power stations and distributed grid-connected photovoltaic power generation systems combined with buildings are the main utilization modes of photovoltaic power generation. In 20 10, the total installed capacity of global photovoltaic power generation was close to 40 million kilowatts, and the main application markets were Germany, Spain, Japan and Italy, among which Germany added 7 million kilowatts in 20 10. With the improvement of solar photovoltaic power generation scale, conversion efficiency and process level, the cost of the whole industrial chain has dropped rapidly. The price of solar photovoltaic modules dropped from $4.5 per watt in 2000 to below $65,438+0.5 in 2065,438+00, and the economy of solar photovoltaic power generation was significantly improved.

Solar thermal power generation

Photothermal power generation, also known as solar thermal power generation, has not yet achieved large-scale development, but after a long period of experimental operation, it has begun to enter large-scale commercial applications. The United States, Spain, Germany, France, United Arab Emirates, India and other countries have built or are building a number of photovoltaic power plants. By the end of 20 10, the total installed capacity of solar thermal power stations connected to the grid in the world is110 million kilowatts, and the total installed capacity of projects under construction is about120,000 kilowatts.

By the end of 2007, the cumulative installed capacity of China's photovoltaic system reached 654.38+10,000 kilowatts (1000 MW), and there were more than 50 enterprises engaged in solar cell production, with a production capacity of 2.9 million kilowatts (2900MW) and an annual output of 1 188 MW, exceeding Japan and Europe. A complete industrial chain consisting of raw material production and photovoltaic system construction has been initially established, especially the production of polysilicon materials has made great progress, breaking through the annual output of 1000 tons, breaking through the bottleneck of solar cell raw material production, laying the foundation for the large-scale development of photovoltaic power generation in China. 2007 is a year of rapid development of solar photovoltaic industry in China. Benefiting from the long-term interests of the solar energy industry, the entire photovoltaic industry has seen an unprecedented investment boom. Solar photovoltaic power generation will occupy an important position in the world energy consumption in the near future, which will not only replace some conventional energy sources, but also become the main body of the world energy supply. It is estimated that by 2030, the proportion of renewable energy in the total energy structure will exceed 30%, and the proportion of solar photovoltaic power generation in the world's total power supply will exceed10%; By 2040, renewable energy will account for more than 50% of the total energy consumption, and solar photovoltaic power generation will account for more than 20% of the total electricity; By the end of 2 1 century, renewable energy will account for more than 80% of the energy structure, and solar power generation will account for more than 60%. These figures are enough to illustrate the development prospect of solar photovoltaic industry and its important strategic position in the energy field.

According to the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" for renewable energy development, China will strive to make the installed capacity of solar power generation reach 2 1GW (million kilowatts) by 20 15 years. It is predicted that by 2050, China's renewable energy installed capacity will account for 25% of the national installed capacity, of which photovoltaic power generation will account for 5%. In the next decade, the compound growth rate of solar energy installed capacity in China will reach more than 25%.

The Twelfth Five-Year Plan for the Development of Solar Power Generation issued by the National Energy Administration points out that "by the end of 20 15, the installed capacity of solar power generation will reach more than 210 million kilowatts (2 1GW), and the annual power generation will reach 25 billion kWh."

According to the plan, during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period, the installed capacity of new solar photovoltaic power plants, solar thermal power generation and distributed photovoltaic power generation systems will be about100000 kilowatts, and the average investment in photovoltaic power plants will be estimated at100000 yuan, and the average investment in distributed photovoltaic systems will be estimated at150000 yuan. Since 20 15, Feidong County, Anhui Province has strived for and invested 8.55 million yuan to implement photovoltaic poverty alleviation, and built 3 10 collective (family) distributed photovoltaic power stations for 5 poor villages, 225 poor households and 80 poor households in the county.
