Established in 1992, Beijing Anxin Venture Information Technology Development Co., Ltd. is wholly owned by state administration of work safety Communication Information Center. It is a wholly-owned enterprise of the Communication Information Center of the Emergency Management Department. Its main business is coal mines, metal and nonmetal mines, dangerous chemicals and fireworks.
