When you use ICBC debit card (or passbook) or credit card to swipe your card or shop online at ICBC merchants, as long as you meet the relevant conditions, you will receive the prompt message of "Easy Loan" automatically sent by ICBC system. If they have the intention to handle it, they only need to reply and confirm through mobile phone or online banking, and the loan funds will arrive.
