Since 1996, Supor Group has successively merged Wuhan Hydraulic Valve Factory, Wuhan Changjiang Aluminum Products Factory and Wuhan Qintai Furniture Factory to form private enterprises. The company's annual output value increased from199718 million yuan to nearly 380 million yuan in 2005. In the process of development, the enterprise has fully implemented various advanced management modes such as budget management, balanced scorecard management and process management, and obtained ISO900 1:2000: 2000 system certification. In 2005, the total assets reached 3190 thousand yuan, mainly engaged in the production of pressure cookers, aluminum products, non-stick cookers and other kitchen utensils. In order to make the company develop rapidly, according to the overall planning of Zhejiang Supor Cookware Co., Ltd., at the end of 2003, Wuhan Supor Pressure Cookware Co., Ltd. was the main body, and Hong Kong Hefeng Development Co., Ltd. was introduced to establish a joint venture company, Wuhan Supor Cookware Co., Ltd.
