Huizhou Zhong Kai High-tech Industrial Development Zone (hereinafter referred to as Zhong Kai High-tech Zone) is one of the first batch of 56 national high-tech industrial development zones approved by the State Council 1992. Named after being located in the hometown of Mr. Liao, a famous pioneer of democratic revolution, it has profound historical and cultural connotations.
On February 20 10, the reform and innovation of the system and mechanism were initiated, the municipal economic management authority and the county (district) administrative authority were exercised, and a district-level financial management system was established, covering five towns (streets) including Chen Jiang, Huihuan, Lilin, Tongqiao and Tonghu, and four parks including Zhong Kai High-tech Industrial Park, Dongjiang High-tech Industrial Park, Huinan High-tech Industrial Park and China Overseas Talent Development Base.
Zhong Kai High-tech Zone is located in the southeast of Guangdong Province (east longitude 1 14, north latitude 22). Located in the center of Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hong Kong, it belongs to the core area of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, about100km from Guangzhou, 60km from Shenzhen and 0/00km from Hong Kong.
It has formed an all-round and three-dimensional comprehensive transportation system and a fast and convenient transportation network integrating aviation, railways, highways and land and water transportation, and has continuously accelerated the integration process of Shenzhen-Dongguan-Huizhou "half-hour economic life circle". Zhong Kai High-tech Zone is about 30 kilometers away from Huizhou Airport, about 140 kilometers away from Guangzhou Airport and about 100 kilometers away from Shenzhen Airport. It is about 50 kilometers away from Huizhou Port and 60 kilometers away from Shenzhen Yantian Port.
