China Putian Information Industry Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Putian") is a central enterprise directly managed by the State Council SASAC. Its predecessor originated from the former Industrial Bureau of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and China Post and Telecommunications Industry Corporation. /kloc-0 changed its name to China Putian information industry group co., ltd in September, 1999, and changed its name to China Putian information industry group co., ltd in February, 20 17. In April, 2020, it was selected into the list of "Science and Technology Reform Demonstration Enterprises" of the State Council State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. In February, 20021year, China Putian Information Industry Group Co., Ltd. and China Electronics Technology Group Co., Ltd. planned to reorganize, and the overall property right of China Putian was to be transferred to China Electric Branch free of charge. In June, 20021,China Putian Information Industry Group Co., Ltd. was merged into China Electronics Technology Group Co., Ltd. as a wholly-owned subsidiary with the approval of the State Council. SASAC no longer directly supervises China Putian Information Industry Group Co., Ltd. On July 8, the reorganization meeting was held, officially announcing the merger of China Putian Information Industry Group Co., Ltd. into China Electronics Technology Group Co., Ltd. as a wholly-owned subsidiary.
