Chengdu Yaguang Electronics Co., Ltd. works from nine to six. Chengdu Yaguang Electronics Co., Ltd. was restructured from the former state-owned Yaguang Electrician General Factory (970 Factory of the Ministry of Electronics Industry). Factory 970 was completed and put into operation in 1965, and it is one of the earliest professional manufacturers of semiconductor devices in China. The company integrates science, industry and trade, and is a large-scale comprehensive electronic enterprise composed of many factories, technology development research institutes, branches, subsidiaries, joint ventures and Sino-foreign joint ventures (holding companies).
