At present, the company has more than 200 sets of container manufacturing and inspection equipment, including automatic longitudinal ring welding machine, automatic plate butt welding machine and automatic nozzle welding equipment, special plate bending machine for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, numerical control nozzle hydraulic expansion joint, high-speed numerical control drilling machine, water sprayer and other forming equipment, heat treatment equipment, mechanical performance equipment and necessary tooling. The company established Jiangsu Enterprise Technology Center and welding heat treatment laboratory.
The first plant covers an area of 270 mu, mainly engaged in the manufacture of stainless steel and non-ferrous metal equipment, with a workshop area of 1 1000m2, a lifting capacity of ≤ 150T, a single equipment size of φ 5000× 80000, and an annual processing capacity of 2 1000T.
The second plant covers an area of 45 mu, mainly engaged in the manufacture of composite materials, carbon steel components and equipment, with a workshop area of 10000m2, a hoisting capacity of ≤ 100T, a single equipment size of φ 3500× 48000, and an annual processing capacity of 13000T.
The third factory covers an area of 30 mu and is a professional factory for explosive welding composite materials. The workshop area is 5000m2, the lifting capacity is ≤40T, the size of a single processed plate is Φ 4000×13000, and the annual processing capacity is 1 1000T.
