Who is running Amazon Cloud Technology in China?

As far as I know, Amazon cloud technology has two fields in China. Beijing Guanghuan New Network Technology Co., Ltd. relies on its infrastructure in Beijing and surrounding areas and Amazon Cloud Technology as the service operator and provider of Amazon Cloud Technology China (Beijing) regional cloud. Ningxia Yun Xi Data Technology Co., Ltd. relies on its infrastructure in Ningxia and Amazon cloud technology as the operator and provider of regional cloud services of Amazon cloud technology in China (Ningxia).
