Shenhua Group: The construction projects are Shenhua Group Beijing Low Carbon Energy Research Institute and Shenhua Technology Innovation Base, which are dedicated to developing new ways of coal transformation and upgrading, such as emission reduction of thermal power plants and IGCC power plants, carbon dioxide sequestration (CCS) and carbon dioxide flooding (EOR), renewable energy and chemical products, energy storage, coal-to-natural gas, synthetic furnace fuel and chemical products, and direct coal liquefaction. On July 28th, 2009, the foundation stone was laid by Beijing Low Carbon Clean Energy Research Institute, a national energy science and technology research and development institution led by Shenhua Group, which also marked the official start of the construction of the future science and technology city.

Comac China: The construction project is Comac Beijing Civil Aircraft Technology Research Center in China, and the planned construction includes scientific research office building, specialized laboratories and supporting facilities. The project is dedicated to building a national advanced civil aircraft basic research center. 3. State Grid: The construction project is State Grid Smart Grid Research Institute. The direction of the project is intelligent power transmission and transformation, intelligent power distribution and consumption, communication and information, new energy, new material application and energy strategy and policy. On June 9, 20 1 1, the foundation stone was laid by State Grid Smart Grid Research Institute.

4. China Guodian: The construction project is Guodian New Energy Technology Research Institute, which focuses on solving some major technical problems that restrict the efficient and clean utilization of energy, comprehensively improving the scientific level of electric power in China, and establishing seven technical research institutes, including wind power, solar energy, pollution control and resource utilization, clean coal combustion, low-carbon energy, ocean energy and geothermal energy, and wind power operation, to focus on the research and development and application of new energy technologies. On August 20 10 8 18, Guodian New Energy Technology Research Institute held a groundbreaking ceremony.

China CNOOC: The construction project is CNOOC Energy Technology Development and Research Institute, which is dedicated to the development of oil exploration technology; Pipeline transportation; Engineering technology research and experimental development. 2011Construction started on August 29th.

China Huaneng: The construction project is China Huaneng Group Clean Energy Technology Research Institute, which has three experimental buildings, postdoctoral workstations and graduate schools, electronic production building, innovation and cultivation building and other scientific research buildings. It is the carrier of Huaneng Group's talent innovation and entrepreneurship base and the main body of base construction. This project is devoted to the research of green coal-electricity and coal-based cogeneration technology, greenhouse gas emission reduction technology, low-quality coal utilization technology, renewable energy power generation technology, new power generation materials, power station optimization design and other projects.

7. Angang: The construction project is Angang Future Iron and Steel Research Institute. The main scientific research buildings include: special technology experiment center, physical performance analysis center, chemical performance analysis center, precision instrument experiment center, foreign cooperation research and development center and research and development units. This project is devoted to the research in five fields, namely, the new generation of high value-added metal material manufacturing technology, user-oriented material application and deep processing technology, energy-saving and comprehensive utilization technology, environmental protection and recycling technology, and medium-and long-term scientific and technological development strategy of enterprises.

8.WISCO: The construction project is WISCO (Beijing) New Materials R&D Center. The project focuses on introducing a group of overseas high-level talents to carry out research on advanced steel materials. It is planned to set up four research laboratories, namely, advanced steel materials research laboratory, silicon steel application technology research laboratory, automobile steel application technology research laboratory and structural steel application technology research laboratory, focusing on the research on advanced steel materials and application technology of automobile plates, structural steel and other products. 9. COFCO: The construction project is COFCO Nutrition and Health Research Institute. The overall orientation of the Institute is to build a research and development center for human and animal nutrition and health, build a harmonious relationship between human and nature, and lead a nutritious, healthy, low-carbon and green lifestyle. 20 1 1 On April 26th, the foundation stone was laid by COFCO Institute of Nutrition and Health.

10. China Aluminum Industry: The construction project is Chinalco Science and Technology Research Institute. The main research business of the project is aluminum, copper, titanium, magnesium and other alloy materials, and the business development space is reserved to extend to the fields of rare earth, polymer materials, ceramic materials and related alloy materials. 20 1 1 13 in July, the foundation stone was laid by Chinalco Science and Technology Research Institute.

12. China Telecom: The construction project is Beijing Information Technology Innovation Park. The key research and development areas of the project focus on wireless technology (focusing on the transition from CDMA to LTE), IP network (focusing on the transition from IPv4 to IPv6, network security and integrated service bearer), centralized computing (cloud computing) and broadband operation mode, and other technical research and application product development.

13. China Building Materials: The construction project is China Building Materials Science and Technology Innovation Research Institute. The overall positioning of the project is as follows: research and development, popularization and application of energy-saving functional glass urgently needed by China's economic construction, integrated products of thin-film solar photovoltaic and building materials, key technologies of new integrated house and industrialized residence for green building materials, application technology of carbon fiber composite materials and blades, and production technology of flat panel display substrate glass; Establish industrialization demonstration lines and key equipment manufacturing demonstration lines required for the production of new energy-saving materials and new energy materials.

14. China Weapons: The construction project is a new energy innovation base for military equipment. The project is based on power transmission and transformation equipment, photovoltaic solar energy and wind power industry, combined with the group's own advantageous industries.

15. National nuclear power: The construction project is the National Institute of Nuclear Science and Technology (Beijing).
