The reorganization of five state-owned enterprises in Jiangsu Province involves Jiangsu Su Hao Holding Group Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Overseas Enterprise Group Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Su Hui Asset Management Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Huilong Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Shuntian International Group Co., Ltd., and these five state-owned enterprises have been reorganized and integrated with the consent of jiangsu provincial party committee and the provincial government. On July 17, 2023, based on the provincial Su Hao Holding Group, all other enterprises were reorganized and integrated into the provincial Su Hao Holding Group.
