In order to meet the lifting performance, its related components need to be larger, but in order to meet the transportation regulations, the component size needs to be smaller. In order to solve this contradiction and simplify the transportation procedure, XGC88000 vehicle adopts split modular design, and specially develops slewing bearing with small boundary size and large bearing capacity. The frame, turntable, crawler frame and other large structural parts adopt split technology, and the maximum single transport weight is less than 65 tons, and the maximum single transport size is less than 12m×3.5m×3.4m, which not only meets the requirements of high lifting performance for component strength, but also meets the requirements of high lifting performance.
