It has played an important role in supporting War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and maintaining wartime traffic. Nissin Shipping Company, 1907. On March 25th, Japan competed with Taigu, Jardine Matheson and China Shipping Merchants in Britain to merge Osaka Merchant Shipping Company, Japan Post Company and the Yangtze River Cable and Hunan Shipping Company. At that time, Japan also absorbed a few Japanese shareholders, so it was named "Nissin", trying to show that it was a Sino-Japanese joint venture, but the purpose was to control the coastal and inland shipping of China more conveniently.
From a historical perspective, the establishment of Nissin Shipping Company aims to control China's coastal and inland shipping more conveniently, which is a Japanese invasion of China and a seizure of China's sovereignty.
