At present, many domestic transformer manufacturers have the ability to manufacture main transformers of 220kV and above, among which Tianwei Baobian, Nanjing Huapeng and Xinjiang Special Transformer have a large market share in China, but the technology and practice of EHV and UHV main transformers are still in the forefront in China. I have worked in substations for nearly ten years, and have successively served as the main transformers produced by Nanjing Liye, Tianwei Baobian, Jiangsu Huapeng, Xinjiang Tebian and Jiangxi Transformer Factory. Among them, the quality of Tianwei transformer is the most stable, others have more or less minor faults (most of which are oil leakage), and some manufacturers have frequent major faults (such as insufficient winding short-circuit ability). I haven't operated and maintained the main transformer in yang shen Transformer Factory, and I don't know the quality, but a factory that can manufacture UHV main transformers should be ok.
