After the business investigation of xx Dingyi Company and the actual contact with the senior management of the company, we feel that the following points can basically summarize the characteristics of the company. First, the company gave up almost all business terminals in the central city, and only carried out business in suburban counties, towns and even villages. It is a unique way to establish a safe and fast distribution team in these areas to attract customers.

Secondly, Ding Yi Tian Xia, an internal magazine edited by the company with great efforts, is free to all business contact departments, with a monthly circulation of nearly 5,000 copies, which strongly supports the spread of the company's ideas and business development. Internal magazine is not only the carrier of company culture, but also the link to contact customers.

But at the same time, we are also worried about cooperating with them; Dingke's product positioning belongs to the high-end crowd, which is obviously different from the customers of Dingyi Company. The wrong products and poor long-term sales have seriously dampened the enthusiasm of Ding Yi's business personnel, including the management's doubts about this business. Recently, Dingyi Company launched similar products from other manufacturers, and even OEM similar products, which also confirmed this trend.
9. In addition, xx's brokers are very enthusiastic about their work, but their overall strength is not enough. At present, business can only be carried out in the province in the form of investment promotion. The terminal is basically a natural sale, and the agent has no ability to develop the business to the terminal link.
