How to buy a company

Legal analysis: If you want to acquire a company, you need to hire a professional lawyer to negotiate with the shareholders of the acquired company on behalf of the acquirer and have a preliminary understanding of the acquired company. After the acquisition intention is reached, both parties can sign a letter of intent for acquisition.

Legal basis: Article 23 of the Measures for the Administration of Acquisition of Listed Companies. Investors who voluntarily choose to purchase shares of a listed company by tender offer may make an offer to all shareholders of the acquired company (hereinafter referred to as a comprehensive offer) or make an offer to all shareholders of the acquired company (hereinafter referred to as a partial offer).
