Shen Yue, female, Manchu, was born in September 1978. Bachelor of Engineering from Department of Civil Engineering, Tsinghua University, Master and Doctor of Management from School of Economics and Management, and postdoctoral fellow from Law School. He used to be the chairman of Tsinghua University Student Union, the chairman of the National Federation of Students and the vice chairman of the National Youth Federation.
