Brief introduction of China Petrochemical Sales Co., Ltd.

China Petrochemical Sales Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Petrochemical Co., Ltd., whose predecessor was sinopec group Sales Company. Founded in 1985, it was transformed into an enterprise directly under the Petrochemical Corporation on 1992, with independent legal personality. 1998 China petrochemical sales company, a subsidiary of China petrochemical group, was established in 2002 according to the State Council's decision on the reorganization of the two major groups. China Petrochemical Sales Co., Ltd. was set up in the listing part, and co-located with the Oil Sales Division of China Petrochemical Co., Ltd., and implemented "one institution, two brands". Its branches in North China, East China, Central China and South China, as the dispatched offices of China Petrochemical Sales Co., Ltd., are mainly responsible for the unified purchase and settlement of refined oil products of the production enterprises affiliated to China Petrochemical, resource allocation, interval allocation, transportation coordination, information communication and sales management of refined oil products. Entrusted by China Petrochemical, the Petroleum Sales Division manages the personnel, finances and materials of petroleum branches and regional companies of China Petrochemical and China Petrochemical (HK) Co., Ltd..
