Guangzhou Wanglaoji Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Guangzhou Baiyun Mountain Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., formerly known as Wanglaoji United Pharmaceutical Factory, and was restructured into Guangzhou Yangcheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in February 1992. In March, 2004, the name of Wang Laoji was restored and officially renamed as Guangzhou Wang Laoji Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd..
In February 2005, it was transformed into a Sino-foreign joint venture through a joint venture with Hong Kong Tongxing Pharmaceutical. From 2065438 to September 2008, Guangyao Baiyun Mountain successfully acquired all the shares of Wang Laoji Pharmaceutical held by foreign-funded Tongxing Pharmaceutical in Hong Kong, and Wang Laoji Pharmaceutical was transformed into a state-owned holding enterprise again.
Wang Lao Ji Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is engaged in both Chinese patent medicine production and food production. The food includes Wang Laoji herbal tea plant beverage, Wang Laoji throat-moistening tablets and Wang Laoji Guiling ointment, and the medicine includes Wang Laoji herbal tea granules, Xiaoer seven star tea granules, Baoji pills, Baoji tablets oral liquid and Kegan Liyan oral liquid. In 2006, the company won the first batch of "China Time-honored Brand" certificates issued by the Ministry of Commerce.

Wang Laoji Pharmaceutical has been committed to strict quality management, and it is the first batch of pharmaceutical companies in China to obtain Australian TGA certification. In 2003, the company passed the GMP certification of the State Administration of Pharmaceutical Products. In 2007, we obtained the national industrial product production license issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine.
At the same time, the company was rated as an A-level unit of food hygiene level by Guangzhou Municipal Health Bureau.
