Brief Introduction of China Chemical Rubber Company

China Chemical Rubber Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Rubber Corporation), formerly known as China Chemical New Materials Corporation, was established in September 1988, and is one of the five largest companies directly managed by the former Ministry of Chemical Industry. In May, 2004, it was placed under the management of China National Chemical Corporation and became its wholly-owned specialized company. In September 2008, the name of the company was changed from China Chemical New Materials Corporation to China Chemical Rubber Corporation.
