Male, Han nationality, 1950 was born in Hong Kong in June, and his ancestral home is Raoping, Guangdong. High school education, Honorary Doctor of Law, University of Toronto, Justice of the Peace, Hong Kong. Chairman of Hong Kong Junhao Group, Chairman of Guo Pu Group, Chairman of Mission Hills Golf Club, Vice Chairman of China Tennis Association, China Volleyball Association, China Golf Association and China Football Association, and consultant of China Cycling Association. In March 2008, he served as deputy director of the Proposal Committee of the 11th China People's Political Consultative Conference. He is currently the vice chairman of Hong Kong Junhao Group and the world's largest vice chairman of Mission Hills Golf Club.
