Which is economically developed, Taizhou or Zhengzhou?

Taizhou is the birthplace of China joint-stock cooperative system, with developed private economy and abundant manufacturing capital. Taizhou has 52 listed companies, ranking fourth among prefecture-level cities in China. Compared with Zhengzhou, Taizhou is better than Zhengzhou on the whole.
