(2) Changes in business scope: items that must be submitted for examination and approval according to laws and administrative regulations, and the approval documents of relevant state departments.

(3) Change of registered capital: issue a capital verification certificate issued by a legally qualified capital verification institution or a state-owned assets property right registration form issued by the state-owned assets management department; The reduction of registered capital needs to be announced three times.

(4) Change of domicile: proof of domicile. Rental housing must submit a lease agreement, the term of the agreement must be more than one year (with a copy of the property right certificate).

(5) Change of legal representative: copy of resolution of shareholders' meeting or resolution of board of directors or letter of appointment (wholly state-owned), ID card and residence certificate (referring to ID cards of other provinces and cities).

Legal basis: Branch companies can be established in Article 14 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Company Law. The establishment of a branch company shall apply to the company registration authority for registration and obtain a business license. A branch company does not have legal person status, and its civil liability shall be borne by the company.

A company may set up subsidiaries, which have legal personality and independently bear civil liabilities according to law.
