Second, the Vietnam project undertaken by the development company
At present, the Vietnamese project undertaken by the company is proceeding normally according to the contract, and more than 50% of the total contract amount has been completed. According to the contract, the company's project funds are settled in US dollars. The construction equipment and auxiliary materials of the Vietnam project undertaken by our company are mainly transported or purchased in China, and the main raw materials of the project are purchased locally in Vietnam. In order to reduce the risk caused by the price fluctuation of main raw materials, the company, the owner and the general contractor Guineng Company reached an agreement on the compensation for the material price difference of the second-stage hydropower station in Jiang Kun, Vietnam. The issue of material price difference compensation for Jiaxing Hydropower Station in Vietnam is also under negotiation.
As of June 5438+February 3, 20071day, the revenue of Vietnam construction projects undertaken by the company reached 48,746,5438+0,654,38+0,000 yuan, and the gross profit was 2,727,400 yuan.

Inflation in Vietnam has little impact on the company and the Vietnam projects undertaken by the company.

The Jiang Kun 2 hydropower station project in Vietnam is invested and constructed by a large state-owned enterprise (Vietnam Rubber Group), and the Jiaxing hydropower station project is invested and constructed by enterprises affiliated to the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam. Investment funds are guaranteed.
2. The total contract value of two hydropower projects undertaken by the company in Vietnam is US$ 36.8 million, and the annual construction income from Vietnam projects accounts for a small proportion of the company's total operating income, so the impact of Vietnam inflation on the company is limited; In addition, by the end of May 2008, more than 50% of the total contract amount has been completed for the Vietnamese engineering construction project undertaken by the company, including advance payment and project progress payment, and 60% of the project funds have been recovered, thus reducing the impact of inflation on the company.
3. The company is taking measures to reduce the risk caused by the fluctuation of raw material cost by reaching a compensation clause for material price difference with employers and owners.
