First, the buyer mortgage loan to buy a house
1. Bank credit (go to the People's Bank to check the buyer's credit);

7. Pay the final payment to the seller.
Second, the buyer buys the house in full.

2. The buyer pays the down payment to the seller;
3. Both parties shall handle the house transfer together;
4. Both parties jointly deliver the property (water, electricity, gas, heating and property fees, and the original owner's account must be moved out);
5. The buyer shall pay the seller in full.
Jiangmen second-hand housing transfer requires the following documents and materials:
1, property ownership certificate (property ownership certificate, land certificate);
2, housing mapping drawings (provided by the real estate trading center);
3. Proof of house inspection (provided by real estate trading center);
4. Real estate appraisal report (the loan shall be appraised by the appraisal company);
5. The owner shall provide the ID cards and household registration books of both husband and wife (if the household registration books of both husband and wife are not together, a marriage certificate shall be provided).
6. House sales contract (signed by both parties);
7, real estate transfer application form, letter of guarantee (provided by the real estate trading center);
8. ID card and household registration book of the buyer's husband and wife (marriage certificate is required if the husband and wife are not registered together, and single certificate from Civil Affairs Bureau is required if they are unmarried).
