1. According to the official website of CICC, CICC was established in 1995. It is the first Sino-foreign joint venture investment bank in China, and the National Postal Bank was formally established in March 2007.
2.CICC is a state institution, and all banks (including policy banks) are enterprises except China People's Bank, including the National Postal Bank.
