Disputes over consumers' rights and interests between consumers and business operators can be resolved through the following channels:
(a) negotiated settlement with the operator;

Complaints against financial companies can go to the local industrial and commercial bureau or directly to the Consumer Protection Association, because if you buy financial products and you are also a consumer, you can also directly file a lawsuit and ask the court to award the other party compensation for the losses caused to you. If the other party has been suspected of fraud and fraud, then you can report it directly to the public security organ.
