The 3rd National Optoelectronic Design Competition for College Students consists of two competitions: "Unmanned Smart Car Based on Optoelectronic Navigation" and "Laser Reflected Sound Source Positioning and Voice Content Analysis", and the theoretical scheme competition of Marriott Cup and the physical works competition of Omron Cup were conducted respectively.
