Western Evergreen Xiubo City is a large-scale project introduced from Luquan District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. It is a key project in Hebei Province, invested and constructed by Hebei Evergreen Investment Co., Ltd., with a total project area of about 10 square kilometer, an estimated investment of more than 10 billion yuan and a planned construction period of 8 years.

Snow Town, Liu Xian Valley, Yihe Sightseeing Park, Deming Ancient Town, Xishan Town, Jinshan Town, five-star hotel, sports center, water diversion inside and outside the area, mountain tunnel, piedmont main road and scenic spot, water supply and drainage and other projects and scenic spot greening.
Ice and snow towns mainly include outdoor ski resorts, indoor ice and snow halls, Tuscan-style commercial streets and resort hotels. They are the closest ice and snow sports bases to the provincial capital, which can meet the skiing needs of ice and snow sports enthusiasts of all ages and different technical levels.
It covers an area of 300 mu with an investment of 200 million yuan. The outdoor ski resort has an investment of 60 million yuan and is equipped with facilities and equipment such as high, middle and primary snow trails, ropeways, towing and magic carpets. The length of the snow trail is more than 2000 meters, and it has been developed at the end of 20 13. The indoor ice and snow pavilion, Tuscan style commercial street and resort hotel have started construction at present, and are scheduled to be put into operation at the end of 20 14.
