Since April, the selection and identification of key logistics enterprises in Shenzhen has become a major event attracting worldwide attention in Shenzhen logistics industry. Experts from Shenzhen Logistics Office, Shenzhen Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, and Shenzhen Logistics Advisory Committee formed a research team to conduct on-the-spot interviews and comprehensive evaluation on key logistics enterprises initially identified. The evaluation criteria are annual assets, network resources, main business, operating performance, information application, enterprise management and customer service, market and government recognition, etc. After two months of on-the-spot interviews and expert review, 20 logistics enterprises including China Merchants Logistics Group, Shenzhen Wangang Logistics Development Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Yiyatong Supply Chain Co., Ltd. were finally identified as key logistics enterprises in Shenzhen.
On June 9th, Shenzhen Logistics Office held a meeting in Shenzhen Transportation Bureau to report the evaluation results. As one of the responsible units of this evaluation, our Federation participated in this meeting.
Key logistics enterprises will receive key support.
It is understood that key logistics enterprises in Shenzhen can enjoy preferential policies such as loan discount and subsidy stipulated in the Interim Measures for the Management of Special Funds for Modern Logistics Development in Shenzhen, and will also receive a one-time logistics development fund of 300,000 yuan. At the meeting, the senior director and director of Shenzhen Logistics Office explained the declaration process in detail to the 20 key logistics enterprises attending the meeting. The issuance of the fund will go through strict procedures such as owner's declaration, expert evaluation, social publicity, government decision-making and industry evaluation to ensure its fairness and transparency. The fund can only be used for the main business of the enterprise.
It is expected to become the second batch of tax pilot enterprises.
At the end of 2005, State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China issued the Notice on Tax Policies for Pilot Logistics Enterprises, which identified the first batch of tax pilot logistics enterprises, including 37 enterprises, but only China Merchants Logistics Group was included in the list. After the Shenzhen Logistics Office strives for the Economic Operation Bureau of the National Development and Reform Commission and studies with the State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China Turnover Tax Department, the name of the national pilot logistics enterprises in Shenzhen in 2006 was rated as 10-20, and the Shenzhen Logistics Office reported all the key logistics enterprises to the National Development and Reform Commission, that is to say, 20 key logistics enterprises are expected to become the second batch of national tax pilot logistics enterprises. According to reports, the national pilot logistics enterprises will enjoy special tax policies, such as the implementation of turnover difference tax and VAT input tax deduction. This is tantamount to double happiness for 20 key logistics enterprises.
Building Shenzhen Logistics Brand Enterprise
According to Gao, director of Shenzhen Logistics Office, the main purpose of starting this work is to measure the real strength of Shenzhen logistics enterprises on the one hand, and to build the brands of key logistics enterprises in Shenzhen on the other hand, thus promoting the development of the whole logistics industry. The key logistics enterprises in Shenzhen will face an evaluation every year in the future, and the evaluation standards will keep pace with the times and be constantly improved. In the next step, the Logistics Office will entrust Shenzhen Federation of Logistics and Purchasing to summarize the business indexes of various enterprises and publish them once a quarter.
Since 2004, Shenzhen has promulgated the Trial Measures for the Identification of Key Logistics Enterprises, started the evaluation and identification of key logistics enterprises, and successively submitted for approval from more than 3,000 logistics enterprises to evaluate 2 1 key logistics enterprises (preliminary identification). At the beginning of April, 2006, in order to further ensure the fairness, comprehensiveness and objectivity of the evaluation, Shenzhen Logistics Office issued the "Implementation Measures for Shenzhen Key Logistics Enterprises Identification Standards", which further improved the evaluation standards and finally identified 20 key logistics enterprises. It is understood that among the 20 key logistics enterprises, there are 20 vice-president units, 20 governing units and 20 member units of our Federation.
