Limited company. How to write it in English?

The full English name of the company can be abbreviated as "Co. Ltd" or "co. Ltd". In practice, we can see these two abbreviations. The only difference between them is that the former is separated by spaces and the latter by commas. Spaces cannot be omitted (whether handwritten or typed).

The "."in "co." and "ltd." is a symbol used to indicate the abbreviation and ellipsis of words, and neither of them can be omitted.

Companies can be divided into four categories:

1. An unlimited company, that is, a company composed of more than two shareholders, has unlimited liability.

2. A limited liability company, that is, it is established in accordance with the conditions prescribed by law and consists of a certain number of shareholders (2 or more and 50 or less).

3. A joint venture company is a company composed of one or more shareholders with unlimited liability and one or more shareholders with limited liability.

4. A joint-stock limited liability company is a company composed of more than a certain number of shareholders. All the capital of the company is equal shares. Shareholders are liable to the company to the extent of their shares, and the company is liable to the company's debts with all its assets.
