1 line position and total length
The newly-built Shanghai-Kunming Passenger Dedicated Line (Yunnan Section) starts from Hejiadi Bridge in Kuntaiwei (DK977+654.24), passes through wainscot slope tunnel, runs along the existing Panxi Line, runs along the existing Shanghai-Kunming Railway after Qujing, passes through Fuyuan, Qujing, Malong, Jiuxian and Songming, and finally reaches Kunming South (DK 108 There are intermediate stations such as Fuyuan, Qujing North and Songming along the line. The line has repeatedly crossed the existing Panxi Line, Shanghai-Kunming Line and Liuzhan Line (Zhanyi Station) under construction. The line has crossed National Highway 320, Kunqu Expressway, Qusheng Expressway and Kunshi Expressway for many times.
2 Project main project distribution:
The main works of Changsha-Kunming section (Yunnan section) of newly-built Shanghai-Kunming passenger dedicated line (excluding the project of introducing Kunming hub) include: subgrade earthwork 1.505438+0.44 million m3; 3,384,845 m3 of earth and stone works for subgrade of the station; Extra large bridge, large bridge and medium bridge 127, with a length of 60476.79 meters; 3 small bridges 1 19 1.6 m2; Culvert 190, horizontal linear meter 5095.49; 39 tunnels with a length of 84,494 meters; Track laying on the main line is 367.66 kilometers; ; Track laying of the station line is 9.38 kilometers; ; Pucha 46 group; Paving bed 5083m3. Ballastless ballast bed 372. 1 track-laying kilometer.
2. Construction site: Yunnan Province.
Scope of construction: The general contracting tender for the station project of Changsha-Kunming section (Yunnan section) of the newly-built Shanghai-Kunming Railway Passenger Dedicated Line includes the station project and the interface project behind the station within the design scope. According to the comprehensive budget section of the Method for Compilation of Budget Estimate for Railway Capital Construction Project (Tie Jian [2006]1KLOC-0/3), it corresponds to the following sections: changing roads, bridges and stations. Chapter II Subgrade; Chapter III Bridges and Culverts (including prestressed concrete continuous beams, continuous rigid-frame beams, assembled beams, supports, hanging baskets and pier and abutment fences in the bridge deck system); Chapter IV Tunnels and Open Tunnels; Chapter V Orbit; Chapter 9 Off-line work of station equipment; Chapter X Large-scale Temporary Facilities and Transition Works; Chapter XI: Safety production expenses (excluding the fourth power generation company), electromagnetic protection engineering, coordination and auxiliary engineering and other engineering projects.
Integrated grounding, catenary pillar foundation, cable trench, integrated grounding introduction and other embedded (left) infrastructure and other engineering projects required for interface with post-station engineering, as well as other contents that should be included in the tender according to the current regulations of the Ministry of Railways. Among them, the fourth bid section of the station project not only includes the above contents, but also includes the main track laying project of the whole line.
Division of 4 blocks: The total construction price of the station project is divided into 4 blocks, among which:
Station 1 Bid (TJ 1): Kuntaiwei of Hejiadi Bridge to Kuntaiwei of Xiaotang Bridge, with the mileage range of DK 977+654.24 ~ DK1017+960.7, and the main line length is about 40.317. Main works quantity: subgrade length is 7.454km, bridge 14 /8.9 1km, tunnel 8 /23.87km, station 1.
Bid 2 before station (TJ2 bid): Kuntaiwei of Xiaotang Bridge to Kuntaiwei of Suosuotang Bridge, with mileage range of DK 1 017+960.7 ~ DK1072+540.52, main line length of about 54.58km .. Main works quantity: subgrade length/KLOC.
In front of the third bid section (TJ3): from Kuntai tail of Suosuotang Bridge to Kuntai tail of Luorongzhuang Bridge, the mileage range is DK1072+540.52 ~ DK1124+140.59, and the length of the main line is about 51.
Before Bid Station 4 (TJ4): from Kuntaiwei of Luorongzhuang Bridge to Kunming South (excluding), the mileage range is DK1124+140.59 ~ DK1169+928, and the length of the main line is about 45.79km.
