Zhejiang Jingxing Paper Group Technical Equipment

Jingxing Paper Industry represents the most advanced technology and equipment level in China paper industry. The width of the paper machine is 5650mm, and the speed 1000m/min. At present, international advanced technologies and processes such as dilution water headbox, shoe press and hot roll hard calendering are adopted. In the supporting pulping system, the pulping equipment of American KBC company was introduced, three pulping processing lines were built, and advanced technologies and equipment such as secondary fiber classification, primary selection, fine selection and heat treatment were adopted, which greatly improved the utilization rate of waste paper fibers. The wastewater treatment station introduced the international advanced internal circulation anaerobic reactor from the Netherlands, which is the first paper-making enterprise in Zhejiang Province to introduce this equipment.
