Zhang's introduction

1982 graduated from the Political Education Department of Sichuan Normal University (now Sichuan Normal University) with a bachelor's degree in law. He has served as deputy director of the Propaganda Department of Suining Municipal Committee, county magistrate of Shehong County People's Government, deputy secretary general of Suining Municipal People's Government, deputy mayor in charge of industry, and chairman of Sichuan Star Power Co., Ltd., a listed company.
