How did the car that had been sold suddenly change into Mr. Zhao's hand?
It turned out that the former owner, Ms. Hou, repented when she picked up the car on September 25th, 20 15, hoping to change it to the two-wheel drive version of Tiguan, but at this time, the store had already handled insurance and invoices for the four-wheel drive version of Tiguan. Afterwards, the 4S shop "regarded" the four-wheel drive Tiguan as a new car to continue to sell, and all this was deliberately concealed by the 4S shop.
After learning the truth, Mr. Zhao asked the 4S shop for a statement, but the sales manager denied the existence of "secondary sales" fraud on the grounds that "the car was not licensed" and was only willing to pay 1 for vehicle maintenance.
