Steelmaking system
At present, it has 30t high-power electric furnace 1 set, 40tLF electric furnace 1 set and R9m alloy steel caster 1 set, with an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons. At present, there are three 20t converters, three billet continuous casting machines (* * * 1 stream) and1billet continuous casting machine (2 streams), with an annual production capacity of 6.5438+0.8 million tons.
Rolling process
There are 6 steel rolling production lines:
◆ A bar continuous rolling production line (with an annual output of 800,000 tons). Full continuous rolling project is one of the national "973" key projects. Adopt domestic leading technologies such as vertical rolling, multi-line slitting, controlled rolling and controlled cooling, and reserve high-pressure water descaling device, which is automatically controlled throughout the line. It mainly produces Ф12mm-Ф 40mm hot rolled round steel and Ф10mm-Ф 40mm high-strength hot rolled ribbed steel bars.
◆ One semi-continuous bar rolling production line (with an annual output of 600,000 tons). The main products are Ф 60mm-Ф 60mm-Ф140mm round steel, I-beam, 10 channel steel, angle steel, 12mm-20mm× 240mm-300mm flat steel and light rail.
◆ High-speed wire rod production line 1 piece (annual output of 550,000 tons). The production line is a single-wire fully continuous rolling mill, with the maximum guaranteed speed of 100 m/s, equipped with regenerative walking beam heating furnace, high-pressure water descaler (reserved), 28 rolling mills, 3 flying shears, 2 shearing shears,/kloc-0 shearing shears, spinning machine, delayed Stelmore controlled cooling line and other equipment, fully controlled, and the equipment level has reached the domestic advanced level. It mainly produces Ф 5.5 mm-Ф16mm smooth wire rod and Ф10mm-Ф16mm wire rod.
◆ A ◆450mm ultra-thin precision hot rolled strip production line (with an annual output of 400,000 tons). The main equipment includes a pusher-type heating furnace, a set of high-pressure water dephosphorization machine, a two-high universal reversible roughing mill, two intermediate rolling mills, six four-high finishing mills, wide and thick plates and laminar cooling coiling and collecting devices, reaching the domestic first-class level. ◆ A steel drilling production line (annual output 10000 tons). It mainly produces Ф19, 22, 25mm hollow drill pipes, 22mm ~ 27mm× 35mm ~ 42mm diamond hollow steel and twist drill drill pipes, YC-25, YC-70 hydraulic hammer drill pipe series and 28mm ~ 46mm heavy drill pipe series.
