Employee well-being refers to the overall quality evaluation of employees' work experience and functions (Warren, l987). On the operational level, some managers often limit employee well-being to a one-dimensional concept-"job satisfaction". There are both connections and differences between them. On the one hand, from the connotation, employee well-being is broader than job satisfaction. Clinical, psychological, social and philosophical circles have an amazing understanding of the connotation of happiness, that is, happiness includes three dimensions: psychology, physiology and society. Psychological dimensions include initiative, satisfaction, self-esteem and ability, physical dimensions include food, clothing, housing, transportation and physical health, and social dimensions include participation in social activities, being accepted by the public and helping others (Grantetal, 2007). On the other hand, from the dimension, job satisfaction represents a positive work emotional orientation. Warren (1990) divides emotional happiness, an important part of happiness, into two axes: anxiety-satisfaction and depression-enthusiasm. It can be seen that the one-dimensional concept of job satisfaction, which represents the degree of personal love for work, cannot show the subtle differences of personal emotional responses to work, because the emotional structure can be divided into at least two dimensions: positive and negative, and the tendency of various emotions follows a two-dimensional model (Danielsetal, 1997).
