Illegal.

The slow sales of the company's products caused revenue pressure, requiring employees to buy the company's products. At this point, the identity of employees has changed from workers to consumers, while the identity of enterprises has become operators. If employees are unwilling to buy, some companies will threaten to dismiss or deduct wages, which is a compulsory transaction.

The Labor Contract Law has strict restrictions on the conditions for enterprises to dismiss employees and deduct wages. Unless the laborer seriously violates the rules and regulations of the employing unit, causing heavy losses and serious dereliction of duty to the employing unit, he shall not dismiss the laborer or deduct the wages of the laborer for any reason. Enterprises make their own "family rules" and put them above the law. This is a substitute for the "family rules" of national laws and has no legal effect. According to Article 11 of the Regulations on Labor Security Supervision, the labor inspection department has the right to supervise and correct the illegal acts of the company.

Article 5 of the Ordinance stipulates: "Wages shall be paid in legal tender. It is not allowed to pay in kind or securities instead of money. " Enterprises pay employees, but ask employees to use their wages to buy enterprise products, which is actually a disguised payment in kind, not monetary payment. For example, some products have specific consumers, and employees have no consumer demand, so that employees can use their labor income to buy things they don't need, which violates the legal provisions that wages cannot be replaced by physical objects.

In any of the following circumstances, the employer shall arrange overtime work, and the employee shall not refuse:

1, natural disasters, accidents or other reasons, which threaten the life, health and property safety of workers and need urgent treatment;

2, production equipment, transportation lines, public facilities failure, affecting production and public interests, must be repaired in time.

3. During the shutdown period of legal holidays or public holidays, the equipment must be overhauled and maintained;

4, in order to complete the national defense emergency task, or other emergency production tasks arranged by the superior in the national plan, as well as commercial, supply and marketing enterprises to complete the acquisition, transportation and processing of agricultural and sideline products in the peak season.

Article 46

Whoever forcibly buys or sells goods, forces others to provide services or forces others to accept services shall be detained for more than five days and less than ten days, and shall be fined more than 200 yuan and less than 500 yuan; If the circumstances are minor, they shall be detained for not more than five days or fined not more than five hundred yuan.

Article 60

One of the following acts shall be detained for more than five days and less than ten days, and a fine of more than two hundred yuan and less than five hundred yuan shall be imposed:

(1) Concealing, transferring, selling off or damaging the property sealed up, detained or frozen by the administrative law enforcement organs according to law;

(two) forgery, concealment, destruction of evidence or provide false testimony, false case, affecting the administrative law enforcement organs to handle cases according to law;

(3) Concealing, transferring or selling on behalf of others knowing that it is stolen goods;

(4) A criminal who is under control, deprived of political rights or sentenced to probation, medical parole and other execution outside prison according to law, or a person who is subject to criminal compulsory measures according to law, who violates laws, administrative regulations and relevant supervision and management regulations of the public security department of the State Council.
