Article 31 To provide a guarantee for others in the name of a partnership enterprise, all partners must agree.
Article 38 A partnership enterprise shall restrict the rights of partners to carry out partnership affairs and represent the partnership enterprise externally, and shall not confront an uninformed and bona fide third party.
Article 69. Where a partner arbitrarily handles matters that are stipulated in this Law or agreed in the partnership agreement and can only be implemented with the consent of all partners, thus causing losses to the partnership enterprise or other partners, he shall be liable for compensation according to law.
