Those can't be hidden by mobile networks. The reason for this is the following：
10.0.0. 172 is the ip address of the mobile phone gateway, not the ip address of the mobile phone itself. After logging into GPRS, the mobile phone will also be assigned an ip address in GPRS network, but this ip address is not real. The real ip address is invisible to ordinary users on mobile phones. The IP used for mobile Internet access is the same in a province or a region, which depends on the specific number of mobile servers, but in the same city, no matter when you access it, it is the same IP.
To hide the ip address of the computer:
1. Open a browser, then select the tools in the upper right corner, and click internet Options in the drop-down menu to open the Internet Properties dialog box.
2. Select the Links tab, and then click the LAN Settings button at the bottom.
3. In the LAN Settings dialog box, put a √ before "Use proxy server for LAN (these settings will not be applied to dial-up or vpn links)". Then fill in the information you have prepared at the address and port.
4. After the above settings, you can basically hide your ip.
