The first phase of Skyworth LCD Project has an investment of 50 million yuan and a workshop area of 2,000 ㎡. During the renovation of the factory building, senior international experts were hired to design the environment, process and technology, and a set of advanced production technology and equipment were introduced from Japan, South Korea, Germany, Taiwan Province Province and other countries and regions. It has a number of automatic cleaning equipment and COG equipment, five modern assembly lines, and the production capacity is 6.5438+million pieces/year. The production line was officially put into production in April 2005, specializing in the production of small and medium-sized LCM modules, including STN, CSTN, TFT, organic light-emitting diodes and so on. Products are used in mobile phones, MP3, MP4, digital cameras, car DVD video screens and other fields.

On June 5438+ 10, 2006, the factory moved to Skyworth Group, with a total investment of 654.38 billion yuan, located in Skyworth Flat Panel Display Industrial Park, Shiyan Town, Baoan, covering an area of 420,000 square meters, only two kilometers away from Baimang Customs, with more convenient transportation. In September 2007, Skyworth LCD began to cooperate with South Korea's Samsung in processing projects, with an additional investment of more than 5 million, and the production capacity has reached 2 million pieces/month. The cooperation unit is not only Shenzhen Samsung Kejian, but also Huizhou Samsung and Tianjin Samsung. June, 5438+October, 2008 10, with the further cooperation with Samsung of South Korea, Huizhou Branch of Skyworth Liquid Crystal (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was established in May, 2009, and the current production capacity has reached 4 million pieces/month!

In June 2008, Skyworth LCD invested 500 million yuan to set up a TV module project, and engaged in the production of large-size LCM through cooperation with Chi Mei, and developed and designed various new technology backlight modules. In July 2009, the second phase of the TV module project began mass production and began to March into large-scale LCM. At present, the production capacity has reached 500,000 tablets/month. After several years of operation, Skyworth LCD has formed a complete product line of LCM in large, medium and small sizes! The models under development include 18.5-inch to 55-inch side-lit and direct-lit LED backlight modules, which have the ability to develop 10 models at the same time for mass production.

20 10 March, Skyworth LCD Huizhou Branch fully integrated small and medium sizes and merged into Huizhou Branch. 20 10 in may, a new project, led packaging business, was developed to support TV projects. 20 1 1 February, TV module introduced LGD as the customer and started the toughened glass project. The factory is located in Longhua, Shenzhen, and mass production began in July 20 1 1.
