Why can't the general zirconia oxygen analyzer be used for oxygen analysis of flue gas with high combustible gas content?

Cis-magnetic oxygen analyzer: According to the principle that oxygen volume magnetic susceptibility is higher than ordinary gas and magnetic field has extremely high paramagnetic characteristics, Cis-magnetic oxygen analyzer is called magnetic effect oxygen analyzer, or magnetic oxygen analyzer. I usually call it a magnetic flow analyzer and a pressure mechanical magnetic oxygen analyzer.

Zirconia oxygen analyzer: the measured gas (flue gas) enters the inside of the zirconia tube, and the reference gas (air) flows into the outside of the transmitter by itself. The oxygen concentration inside and outside the zirconia tube is the same as the oxygen concentration difference potential inside and outside the zirconia tube (the reference gas determines that the oxygen concentration difference potential of zirconia is a function of the measured gas concentration at the working temperature of the transmitter). The oxygen concentration difference potential is converted by the display instrument and has a linear relationship with the oxygen content of the measured flue gas. The standard signal is displayed and transmitted by the RHO instrument.

Differences between two applications

1, zirconia

The main application is to measure oxygen content in heating furnace.

Advantages: the detector has strong adaptability, fixed corrosion resistance, gray water technology, low price, complicated pretreatment, direct measurement and stable measurement.

Disadvantages: there are limited ways to measure the gas flow velocity near the process pressure, and there are few applications of micro-pressure or high-pressure measurement.

2. Paramagnetic oxygen analyzer

Under the influence of product gas pressure, the measurement accuracy is higher than that of zirconia through pretreatment, decompression, water removal and dust removal.

The price is expensive, pretreatment and maintenance are the main tasks, and some spare parts are needed for support.

Instruments should be more widely used in heating furnaces.

About accuracy: In fact, each manufacturer is different in key harsh conditions. Who can resist the influence of background gas group, the selection of key indicators needs to be considered.

Magnetic pressure analyzer: for example, Simon dominates the influence of gas on the detector, even if it is dirty and short.
