2, the insurance brokerage company license is valid for 3 years, the insurance brokerage company shall, 30 days before the expiration of the validity period, apply to the China Insurance Regulatory Commission for extension.
3. Where an insurance brokerage company applies for extending the validity period of the license, China CIRC will conduct a comprehensive review and comprehensive evaluation on the operation of the insurance brokerage company three years before the expiration of the validity period of the license, and make a decision on whether to agree to extend the validity period of the license. If it decides not to postpone the extension, it shall explain the reasons in writing.
4. The insurance brokerage company shall return the original certificate to the China Insurance Regulatory Commission within 10 days from the date of receiving the decision; If the validity period is extended, a new license shall be obtained.
