Application of Ritchie Hardness Tester

Application of Richter Hardness Tester: 1, Hardness detection of machine tool guide rail and automobile chassis. 2. Installed mechanical or permanently assembled parts. 3. Workpieces with narrow test space such as mold cavity. 4. Quickly detect many measuring parts in large-scale workpieces. 5. Failure analysis of pressure vessels, turbine generators and other equipment. 6, bearing and other parts production line. 7, metal material warehouse material distinction. 8. Quality control of heat-treated workpieces. 9. Formal original records of test results are required. 10, which can realize the mutual conversion between six kinds of hardness (HL, HRB, HRC, HB, HV, HS) and between hardness and tensile strength. 1 1, which can display the measured value, average value, date, impact direction, test times, test materials, hardness system and other information. , and the display information is rich.

Yaze (Shanghai) Instrument Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional instrument and equipment company integrating R&D, production and sales. Our product TH 1 10B portable Richter hardness tester can measure a variety of metal materials conveniently and quickly according to the Richter scale hardness measurement principle, and the hardness measurement value can be displayed immediately, and it can be freely switched between different hardness standards, with preset tolerance range and automatic alarm if it exceeds the range. Relying on stable low-power IC integrated circuit, full Chinese display, simple and convenient menu operation, seven kinds of special-shaped impact devices. External USB flash drive for mass storage.

The surface is sandblasted and equipped with stainless steel wire drawing baffle, which is corrosion resistant, beautiful and durable. And has excellent anti-electromagnetic and anti-vibration interference capabilities.

Applicable field:

In field work, bending specimens are often encountered, and various curved surfaces have different effects on the hardness test results. Under the correct operation, the instantaneous position of the impact on the surface of the specimen is the same as that of the flat specimen, so the universal support ring can be used. However, when the curvature is small to a certain size, the rebound speed of the impact body will be low because of the significant difference in elastic state of deformation under plane conditions, thus making the Richter hardness lower. Therefore, for samples, it is recommended to use a small support ring when measuring. For samples with small radius of curvature, it is suggested to choose special-shaped support ring.

Scope of application:

According to the principle of Richter scale hardness, as long as the material has certain rigidity and can rebound, the exact Richter scale hardness can be measured, but there is no corresponding conversion relationship between the Richter scale hardness of many materials and the hardness of other systems. The Richter hardness tester only contains conversion tables of nine materials. The specific materials are as follows: steel and cast steel, alloy tool steel, gray cast iron, ductile iron, cast aluminum alloy, copper-zinc alloy, copper-tin alloy, pure copper and stainless copper.

For some samples of special materials, users can use the fitting curve software provided by the company to make special conversion tables. In actual production, there are many kinds of metal materials used. Because the Richter hardness tester is sensitive to the processing mode of materials and the composition of alloy elements, the hardness conversion table stored in the Richter hardness tester chip can not meet the needs of users. Users can use fitting software to make their own special hardness conversion table during testing.
