Article 2 of the Measures for the Administration of Information Disclosure of Listed Companies

The information disclosure obligor shall publicly disclose information to all investors at the same time. Information disclosed in overseas markets by companies that issue securities and their derivatives in domestic and overseas markets and list them shall be disclosed in domestic markets at the same time.
